Field Day Label

Field Day is Monday, May 20, 2019 for ALL students from 8:15 AM-2:40 PM.  If inclement weather occurs Field Day will be held on the same day inside the building but parents will not be permitted to attend.  Listed below are the safety procedures for all visitors.  Please follow the procedures to ensure the safety of everyone and provide a FUN day for our students:



  • All visitors are required to bring a photo ID, sign in, and receive a visitor’s badge.
  • Field Day is expected to be a hot day! Please plan to be in the sun all day. We ask that each person plan accordingly as cooling and shade areas are limited.
  • Parents, please bring bottled water, sunglasses, towels, sun block, and folding chairs.
  • All visitors must bring their own lunch. The school cafeteria will not be able to sell extra meals.
  • At 2:40 PM, Field Day will be officially closed. Teachers and students will return to their classrooms until dismissal. NO PARENT IS TO TAKE THEIR CHILD DIRECTLY FROM FIELD DAY.   
  • ONLY enrolled Thomas Jefferson students are permitted on the inflatables.
