All LCPS 5th grade students are invited to participate in the 2019 Black History Month Trivia Contest! 

A copy of the contest’s study guide will be provided in class by your student’s teacher. Part I of this contest will be conducted in class during the week of February 11th - February 15th. Participation is optional.

The top three finalists at each LCPS elementary school will receive an invitation to the Finals of the 2019 Black History Month Trivia Contest at LCMS on February 26th. A cash prize will be given to the students who finish in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall in the school division.

The contest is proudly presented by The Kerry Wynn Why Not Me Foundation.  Kerry is a 2009 graduate of Louisa County High School. He founded The Kerry Wynn Why Not Me Foundation in 2018 to provide scholarships to hardworking students at #TeamLCPS!

Kerry is also a defensive lineman for The New York Giants.
