Looking at the week ahead, we have Valentine's Day on Friday! A few reminders to make it a successful Valentine's Day.

• All treats must be store bought and labeled with individual ingredients.
• Students are not able to take glass vases or balloons on school buses.
• Please look for individual grade level or classroom guidance from your child's teacher.

Next week brings a teacher workday on Monday, February 17th, and then SOL Simulation assessments for grades 3-5 in Reading & Math on Tuesday through Friday.

Also I want to give a big thank you to all that donated to our American Heart Association fundraiser. All together, TJES raised over ten thousand dollars to support the AHA. That is amazing and speaks to the generosity of our school community.
